Mid-tier subscription plan (between Free and Starter)

I want a mid-tier subscription plan between the Free and Starter tiers. The Starter plan (£99/mo) is too expensive and provides more requests (5,000/hr) than I need. A cheaper option with a lower request limit would be ideal.
